OVERVIEW |

In 1998 CompuMaster Inc. and CompuMaster S.r.l. entered into a
technical collaboration agreement whereby the two companies would
share resources to develop products and subsystems for sale through
distributors and OEMs in Europe and the United States.
Today the companies have merged to develop embedded applications,
networking products, and applications software for enhancing the
productivity of networked business environments.
CompuMaster S.r.l.. has 8 employees in Stow, MA. who focus on
support and sales in the US.
CompuMaster S.r.l. currently has 20 employees in Trento, Italy who
focus on product development, marketing, and sales in Europe.
CompuMaster S.r.l. has now acquired Praim S.r.l. of Trento Italy, a
manufacturer and developer of similar products and solutions. This
merger will allow CompuMaster to access a larger market for its
products and services.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES |

The companies are currently using state of the art software components such as Windows CE and Linux, running on the latest hardware platforms, to develop innovative, productivity enhancing products and subsystems for use in networked business environments.
As a company, CompuMaster has developed extensive experience in the area of embedded systems and applications including embedded Linux, Windows CE.NET, Windows XP embedded. CompuMaster draws on this experience to quickly prototype and develop innovative, cost-effective solutions and products.
CompuMaster's products include thin client terminals, network interfaces and routers, terminal emulation software, connectivity devices (tablet PCs), network management software/tools, and network print server software/hardware.
