Praim S.r.l announced today the acquisition of the Praim brand name and associated Enterprise Network Solutions business unit, which includes Praim Thin Clients and Praim Server Based Computing software solutions.
“This acquisition will make Praim a leader in the business solution marketplace by allowing us to provide a wide range of products developed with both Praim and Praim technology, backed by the combined experience of these two companies” stated

The vast experience of Praim in the IBM systems solutions market coupled with the experience of Praim in the Server Based Computing market, will allow us to offer to our customers a wide range of products and solutions.”
Praim has acquired the Praim brand name and associated ENS business unit, which includes Praim Thin Clients and Praim Server Based Computing software solutions assets. Operations will be managed from the main Praim office in Trento – Italy. Franco Broccardo, currently director of Praim S.r.l., will continue to serve as the director of the combined operations.
Stefano Bonmassar, who directed the Praim S.r.l. ENS business unit, will continue as the product manager of the combined operations. Mr. Bonmassar will be assisted by a team of Praim employees.
