New Ericom PowerTerm WebConnect support

Announcing Ericom PowerTerm WebConnect client support for XP Embedded and Linux Thin Client models.

The addition of this new client allows access to Ericom PowerTerm WebConnect Enterprise servers, expanding Praim's the range of support for VDI connectivity.

Starting in February, an on-line sales and technical support service has been activated on www.praim.it or www.praim.com.

When browsing the website for specific products or technical support web pages, it is now possible to contact Praim Technical or Sales  personnel directly. The service allows you to obtain product information via chat or voice quickly and easily. Additionally technical support can be provided using remote assistance by the Praim technical staff.
