Praim announces the new ino900 series of Thin Clients

The evolution of the 800 series, the ino900 incorporates an elegant compact design,  while improving overall connectivity. The ino900 can be installed on the back of an LCD monitor to achieve the smallest possible footprint.
 

Very Low power consumption
The new ino900 platform has a power consumption of only 9 Watts, reducing electrical costs by up to 20 times in comparison to a traditional PC desktop.

The ino900 series is a midrange Thin Client developed by Praim, with an excellent price / performance ratio. The ino900 series thin clients are specifically designed to access Citrix XenApp or Microsoft Terminal Services architectures as well as Virtual Desktop Infrastructures based on Citrix XenDesktop or  VMware View.

 

Represents the evolution of the Linux operating system developed by Praim for the XT Thin Client models. ThinOX V8 integrates 1.) the latest version of the Citrix ICA 11 client with support of HDX MediaStream, and 2.) the latest version of the VMware View 3.1 client with native support for USB redirection and Multi Media Redirect.  ThinOX V8 has been certified in the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environment using Smart Cards and digital signing. ThinOX V8 also integrates support for user authentication with Aladdin Token.

ThinOX V8 incorporates proprietary USB redirection support, which allows the use of multiple types of USB devices in a VDI environment, regardless of the underlying architecture

ThinOX V8, used with the Praim ThinMan Remote Administrator and Praim TCe Virtual Desktop Agent, seamlessly integrates into VMware View or Citrix XenDesktop environments by providing integrated management of the Thin Client (EndPoint) and Virtual Desktop from a single console.
 

Based on the Microsoft CE operating system 5.0, incorporating the new features introduced in the CE 6.0 R2 operating system. CE 6.0 R2 improves performance by including all proprietary Praim features of the WT CE 5.0 Thin Client models, including terminal emulation for Praim IBM iSeries systems.
 

Integrates the latest level of the XP Embedded Service Pack 3 operating system, offering a Simple and Flexible Thin Client workstation. XPe SP3 integrates an IE7.0 browser, Citrix client V11, and VMware View 3.1 client.  This allows easy integration with standard win32 drivers and applications, while preserving the major requirements of security and management typical for a Thin Client solution.
