PrintOne solves the problems associated with IBM System AS/400 network printing, allowing you to take complete control of your printing
environment.
• Maximum Control
Since PrintOne supports the TelNet TN5250e protocol, the device is able to correctly report printer status (offline, out of paper, etc) since it emulates an actual printer device. This is in contrast to "remote outq's" which do not allow the reporting of print status.
• Advanced functionality
PrintOne supports advanced features such as bar code printing and Hex-Pass-Through. PrintOne is compatible with Twinax interfaces from Praim, Axis, I-data, among others. PrintOne also comes with a set of preconfigured drivers for the most popular printers - these drivers may be customized for maximum
compatibility.

PrintOne performs EBCDIC-ASCII conversion on-the-fly, freeing your host resources for other tasks. This also increases printer throughput by minimizing LAN traffic.

PrintOne contains an embedded Web Server allowing the device to be configured using a standard browser from anywhere in the network. PrintOne can also be configured using the Remote Administrator product from CompuMaster. |
