Warranty - Terms and Conditions

General terms

1. All Praim products have a standard one year warranty. The Praim product warranty covers repair and/or replacement of manufacturing and/or material defects of Praim products.
Praim will replace the product with the same model, or a model of similar specifications if the original product is no longer available, if it is determined the product cannot be repaired.
2. Some Praim product warranties may be extened to three years by registering the product at the following URL: http://www.Praim.com/Supporto/RegProdotti.htm
3. Some accesorires, specifically mouse and keyboard, will be replaced within 7 days, should they arrive in an unusable state.
4. Resellers and/or customers that need to ship products for repair, must contact Praim (either by email or phone) for an RMA number (Return Material Authorization). The RMA number needs to appear on the shipping documentation.
5. RMA numbers apply to both in warranty and out of warranty products. All products returned to Praim for repair or replacement must have an identifying RMA number.
6. If Praim determines a product has been altered or modified, the terms of the standard warranty are null and void. In these circumstances, Praim reserves the right to deny replacement or repair of the product at no cost.


The Praim warranty is no longer valid when:
1. The product has been altered or modified from the originally delivered state.
2. The product has been damaged as a result of an attempted repair by an unauthorized Praim representative.
3. The product has been damaged as a result of a incorrect use, incorrect installation, use of unauthorized parts, or shipping damage by the customer as a result of careless packaging.
4. The product has been damaged by fire, water, lightning, earthquake, incorrect ventilation, or wrong power supply voltage.

RMA Requests

All products shipped to Praim for repair or replacement, require an RMA number.
Praim will not accept products without an RMA number on the shipping documentation.
Praim customers need to contact an authorized Praim reseller to request an RMA number. The reseller is responsible for initiating the RMA procedure with Praim. The customer must report, in detail, the cause of the problem and information on how to reproduce the problem, if applicable. When possible, the customer should return the product in the original packaging to avoid further damage which could void the warranty.
Only return the parts or products which are damaged. 
The shipping charge for the return of the defective product(s) to Praim, is the responsibilty of the customer.

Return Shipping of Product to Customer

Praim will pay the shipping charges for the return of the repaired/replaced product to the customer.
In the case that the product has been damaged in shipping to the customer, the customer must immediately inform both Praim and the shipping company of the damage. Praim shipments are insured by the shipping company.

NOTE:
In the case that Praim determines the returned products are not defective, Praim will charge a handling fee of 25 euros plus the return shipping fee.
