Regarding the EternalBlue security problem, the exploit that became famous because it was used by the WannaCry ransomware, it seems that not all Microsoft systems are updated correctly: https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/msrc/2019/05/30/a-reminder-to-update-your-systems-to-prevent-a-worm/.
To check if your systems are updated you can consult the following table: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4023262/how-to-verify-that-ms17-010-is-installed.
Although we know that in a thin client architecture this exploit is much more limited, we always try to give our best efforts to keep our systems safe and updated. As for Windows 10, our devices from firmware 2.0.6 (May 2017) have the security update installed. As for Windows 7, our devices from 5.0.0 (May 2017) have the security update installed. For older devices, you can request a specific hotfix.
