It\u2019s well known that company workstations are increasingly heterogeneous and the drive towards flexible work<\/strong>, which in recent years has accelerated exponentially, has accentuated the use of different devices<\/strong> to carry on everyone’s daily work activities.<\/p>\n

PCs, notebooks, thin clients and all other devices used by the workforce in each company must still be controlled and managed by IT departments<\/strong>, which must ensure that users can work easily, but also that the corporate infrastructure is not put at risk.<\/p>\n

Flexible working brings many advantages, such as the possibility of working anywhere, in flexible hours and with heterogeneous tools<\/strong>, giving more freedom to users, relying more on everyone’s ability to organize and counting on goal orientation.<\/p>\n

The downside, however, also exists in this case and the risks of flexible work, seen from an IT point of view, are many. The main ones range from the IT infrastructure\u2019s security<\/strong> and management to the access to company resources.<\/p>\n

Knowing the needs of users, but also those of the IT departments, at Praim we have created and continue to develop hardware and software solutions<\/strong> that contribute to increasing the degree of security of the entire IT infrastructure<\/strong> and that guarantee precise and organized management of all endpoints.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In particular, the ThinMan<\/a> management console and Agile<\/a> software allow you to easily create automated, secure and ready-to-use workstations<\/strong> in VDI, with Windows or Linux operating systems, which can operate at the company headquarters or remotely. The features, however, don\u2019t stop there, because it\u2019s also possible to automate daily operations such as switching on, switching off and updating endpoints, providing remote assistance<\/strong> on any device and increasing workstation’s security<\/strong> thanks to two factors authentication, to customized policies for accessing remote resources and blocking devices and writing to disk.<\/p>\n
