\"\"Helpdesk support<\/h3>\n

Often the fastest and most effective way to find a solution to a collaborator’s problem is to intervene directly on his workstation. However, it may not always be easy to do so in a timely manner, especially when one needs to operate on remote devices or to intervene while other needs arise. Praim ThinMan provides the Remote Assistance<\/strong> feature which can be started directly from the console, with a click, and allows sharing access on the remote desktop.<\/p>\n

It’s important to know that this function is native to all Praim products<\/strong> and can be configured according to your operational needs. If, for example, the need is to offer remote assistance to a colleague who works on the move on an unstable or low-bandwidth connection, it’s possible to choose in advance the quality level with which to activate the assistance, so that the session is faster and smoother despite the network.<\/p>\n

\"\"Optimize access to the ThinMan console<\/h3>\n

If the reality in which you operate is medium-large, the organization of the Helpdesk team is also an important factor in contributing to efficiency and security. Several users will need to be able to access the ThinMan console to manage the infrastructure and provide assistance to end users and the larger the infrastructure (and the greater the number of people who manage it), the greater the need for order in the organization and in the correct distribution of accesses and privileges.<\/strong><\/p>\n
