{"id":29760,"date":"2024-05-30T10:22:09","date_gmt":"2024-05-30T08:22:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.praim.com\/?p=29760"},"modified":"2024-05-30T10:22:09","modified_gmt":"2024-05-30T08:22:09","slug":"new-releases-may-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.praim.com\/en\/news\/new-releases-may-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"New releases \u2013 May 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ThinOX 12 (and ThinOX4PC)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Version <strong>12.1.1<\/strong> (*) 64-bit released as a <strong>single multi-model firmware <\/strong>for <strong>ThinOX<\/strong> and <strong>ThinOX4PC <\/strong>and includes the following main new features:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Citrix: Workspace App client updated to version 24.02<\/li>\n<li>VMware: Horizon View client updated to version 2312.1<\/li>\n<li>Parallels: Parallels RAS client updated to version 19.3<\/li>\n<li>UDS: client updated to version 3.6.0<\/li>\n<li>FreeRDP: updated to version 2.11.5<\/li>\n<li>Secure Boot support in the ThinOX4PC version<\/li>\n<li>Support for 802.1x authentication with private certificates<\/li>\n<li>New Citrix Kiosk mode introduced with resource browse on the kiosk interface<\/li>\n<li>Intel video driver updated and new default on hardware with Intel graphics card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">and the following additional improvements:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Review and improvements in the ThinMan configurator<\/li>\n<li>Introduced possibility to save last user used in ThinMan Login<\/li>\n<li>VMware: configuration updated for access to removable disks<\/li>\n<li>VMware: support for printing from VDI to a printer connected directly to the thin client<\/li>\n<li>Citrix: resource browse workflow improvements (for Praim client)<\/li>\n<li>Citrix: support session re-scaling on high resolution displays<\/li>\n<li>Ability to retain the magnification level (zoom) used on browser connections<\/li>\n<li>\u201cWhite List\u201d management interface improvements in Praim Browser (web kiosk)<\/li>\n<li>Improvements to webcam diagnostics functionality<\/li>\n<li>Improved desktop graphics experience:\n<ul>\n<li>Icon management and feedback launch of VDI sessions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to customize the date and time display<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Improvements in the management of audio devices, Bluetooth, and Windows remote file systems<\/li>\n<li>Other minor enhancements\u00a0and bug fixes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Furthermore, the 64-bit version <strong>12.0.21 <\/strong>(*) has also been released as a <strong>single multi-model firmware<\/strong> for <strong>ThinOX<\/strong> and <strong>ThinOX4PC<\/strong> and extends version 12.0.20 with the update of VMware&#8217;s Horizon View client to version 2312.1 as well as some bug fixes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>(*) This version is available upon request and will be published on MyPraim during June 2024.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Agile<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The following new versions of Praim <strong>Agile<\/strong> and <strong>Agile4PC<\/strong> have been released:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>2.11.4<\/strong> (\u00b0) which includes some minor improvements and bug fixes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2.12.0<\/strong> (\u00b0) which includes the following main new features:\n<ul>\n<li>Support for the creation of Parallels-type resources (RAS and RDP)<\/li>\n<li>New option to show information bar (with date and time) in Browser Mode<\/li>\n<li>Other minor enhancements\u00a0and bug fixes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>(\u00b0) This version is available on MyPraim<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Windows 10 IoT (2021)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">New version <strong>4.3.0<\/strong> (*) of <strong>Windows 10 IoT 2021 LTSC<\/strong> Praim custom images has been released and includes:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Agile<\/strong> updated to version <strong>2.12.0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Citrix Workspace App client updated to version 2403<\/li>\n<li>VMware Horizon client updated to version 2312.1<\/li>\n<li>Parallels RAS (Remote Application Server) client version 19.3 integrated<\/li>\n<li>Azure Remote Desktop client for Windows Desktop updated to version 1.2.5405<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Edge for Business browser updated to version 124.0.2478.97<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Defender engine updated to version 2404.1<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft security updates through May 2024:\n<ul>\n<li>May 14, 2024 &#8211;
