C&#8217;\u00e8 poco traffico in strada. Arrivo in ufficio, ci sono gi\u00e0 tutti. All&#8217;unanimit\u00e0 ci si accorda per il caff\u00e9 di routine. <strong>Un&#8217;occhiata alla posta elettronica prima di andare, sembra tutto ok<\/strong>. Il clima \u00e8 disteso: si \u00e8 ormai prossimi a qualche giorno di ferie! Il retrogusto del caff\u00e9 non \u00e8 granch\u00e9 oggi, si ritorna in ufficio: il dovere chiama!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tempo di organizzarsi il lavoro, pianificare qualche test e tra i messaggi nella Inbox ne compare uno con destinatario il responsabile del supporto tecnico, <strong>priorit\u00e0 ALTA, oggetto: &#8220;<em>Fornitura di apparati non funzionanti<\/em>&#8220;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Approntiamo subito un brainstorming di reparto<\/strong>: gli elementi a nostra disposizione sembrano escludere ogni responsabilit\u00e0 di prodotto. Decidiamo perci\u00f2 di riprodurre a livello di laboratorio l&#8217;ambiente del cliente e comunque contattarlo per i necessari approfondimenti. In laboratorio tutto funziona correttamente, ma permangono le problematiche in ambiente di produzione.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Decidiamo allora di <strong>pianificare l&#8217;intervento fuori sede per un&#8217;analisi pi\u00f9 dettagliata<\/strong>, coinvolgendo il reparto di ricerca e sviluppo.<br \/>\nC&#8217;\u00e8 fermento ed agitazione dal cliente: le cose non vanno secondo le aspettative. Ci sediamo al tavolo e avviamo un confronto. <strong>C&#8217;\u00e8 la volont\u00e0 comune di arrivare ad una conclusione<\/strong>: si lavora in sinergia. Si passa al campo, i primi test confermano un diverso comportamento dall&#8217;ambiente di laboratorio. <strong>Si va per gradi, si iniziano ad escludere alcuni elementi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ci siamo: escludendo l&#8217;uso del microfono dalla sessione di lavoro le cose funzionano correttamente.
