If you need to open an RMA (Return Material Authorization) or a DOA (Dead on Arrival) request, you need to follow these steps:
–> RMA and DOA are available for praim.com registered customers. If you still don’t have an account on our website and an active access to My Praim area, please read the following articles: ‘How do I register to praim.com platform?‘ and ‘I am a Praim client, how do I request access to My Praim section?‘.
–> Once you logged in, you need to click on your account icon on the top right side of the page and choose My Praim from the menu it will appear.
–> In My Praim area, choose the menu link RMA / DOA.
–> In this area you have the possibility to open an RMA or a DOA, by clicking on the related tabs.
–> Fill in the form and then click the Submit button.
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your request.
Praim will take in charge your request and will come back to you as soon as possible.
