In any case I recommend and remind you and all other readers to put more information on your requests that will help us (and other people) to bring suggestions and solutions.
Please be more accurate for example in terms of which model of thin client are you using, which firmware version is installed on it, type and version of infrastructure are you using (e.g. Citrix XenDesktop 7.11 and so on).
All this information will really help the community to give good advice on problems.
