first off all I remind you that to have a better interaction with others on the Expert Community it is useful to provide more information about the device (e.g. model, firmware version, type of connection used) and about the infrastructure (e.g. version of the farm, network configuration and so on) that you are using. Missing this information it is really difficult for everyone to help you. 🙂
From what I can see it seems an error and a dialog box that is generated and managed by the Citrix Receiver itself, not directly from the Praim firmware. The problem seems be in network discontinuity so the first suggestion is to try to eliminate this network interruptions.
After this check you could also try to modify some Citrix Client parameters in the wfclient.ini or module.ini available through the ICA Global Settings interface (see https://wiki.praim.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=10715583). All the parameters are explained in this detailed guide provided by Citrix https://www.citrix.com/content/dam/citrix/en_us/documents/downloads/citrix-receiver/linux-oem-guide-13-1.pdf (be sure that the version of the Citrix Receiver is the same).
If all these steps are not producing results and you have a valid Software Assurance you can also try to contact the Support team and open a ticket in the Support area available under your My Praim menu (the complete link is https://www.praim.com/my-praim/support/get-help , you have to register to Praim’s website).
Hope this will help to solve your problem. 🙂
