I usually turn on my computer at 8.00 am, and the thinman server is installed on it.
If someone turns on his thinclient before that time (or I’m ill) a popup appears that warns about the thinman server unattainable.
I know it, and it’s not a problem for us, but I prefer to configure anyway all thinclients with my pc’s IP in thinman server address.
Is there a way to stop the message to appear when my machine is down?
unfortunately at the moment the thin client will always alert that the ThinMan Server is not available. That is because we think ThinMan as a server that has to be always available to the thin clients, so an error to connect it is really a huge problem.
In any case I suggest you to contact the Support team at this link https://www.praim.com/my-praim/support/get-help and open a ticket, maybe they can help you in this situation and in any case we will track your request so in the future we will implement it.
Hope this will help you.
