i have the same problem with the device i9010 and i9050 the firmware versione is the last but the usb key is not mapped in the desktop, i don’t see the usb key in disk management but in device manager i see the key.

first of all be sure to have on the thin client the latest firmware available for it (the latest firmware is the version 10.1.6 and you can download it from the MyPraim area at the link https://www.praim.com/my-praim).
Do you already enable the Disk Drive Mapping on the connection? See https://wiki.praim.com/display/ThinOX10/Remote+Desktop+Client+Connection , in the “Local resources” tab click on “More” button then enable the Disk Drive Mapping.
The webcams are not supported.
