My Praim is the area where you can find information about your products and warranties.
In this area you can find all the available software updates and easily open a technical support requests or RMA and DOA requests.
Let’s see what you can do by clicking on the the tabs you find on the left side of the page:
MY PRAIM: in this first section you can find a dashboard with the overview of all your hardware and software registered products and the related warranties and assurances, with expiration date. You can have all the useful information to you, all at a glance.
MY PRODUCTS: in this section you can check all the list of your Praim Thin & Zero Client products. With the option search you can search for your products with a simple text research that will show you all the fields that fit with your research. You can enter serial numbers, or model, warranty expiration date or warranty type, etc… You can also print your products list or export it in CSV, excel or PDF format. By applying a filter you’ll get just the list of the filtered products.
LICENSE REQUEST: This section is displayed only to customer who do not have a valid ThinMan License. If you have a valid license you can check it on MY SOFTWARE section. In this section you can find all the steps you need to follow in order to request a new ThinMan Premium license.
MY SOFTWARE: as in My Products tab, here you can check all the list of your Praim software. With the option search you can search for your software by entering the serial number.
You can check other useful information as well, as the managed devices and the Software Assurance expiration date. You can, then, also print your software list or export it in CSV, excel or PDF format.
DOWNLOAD: here you can find all the software products divided into the the following categories: firmware, software, language packs, service packs, discontinued products.
RMA / DOA: in this section you can find all the steps to follow in order to open an RMA (Return Material Authorization) or a DOA (Dead On Arrival) request.
SUPPORT: here you can find help if you are experiencing problems with Praim products. You can quickly find an answer in Praim Wiki and Expert Community by entering your question in the search option. If you didn’t find an answer, you can open a support ticket.
DEAL REGISTRATION: (ONLY FOR DEALERS) in this section you can register a possible deal in order to get the full support from Praim during the development of the sales opportunity.
COMPANY INFO: in this section you can request changes in your company information.
