Windows 10 IoT (2021 and 2019)

New versions of Windows 10 IoT Praim custom images have been released, in particular:

  • version 4.1.0 (*) of the Windows 10 IoT 2021 LTSC image,
  • version 3.11.0 (*) of the Windows 10 IoT 2019 LTSC image,

which include:

  • Agile updated to version 2.10.5;
  • Driver update for Meridian models and for new Intel Wi-Fi support;
  • Citrix Workspace App client updated to version 2303;
  • VMware Horizon client updated to version 2212.1;
  • Azure Remote Desktop client for Windows Desktop updated to version 1.2.4157.0;
  • Microsoft Edge for Business browser updated (to version 112.0.1722.48);
  • Microsoft Defender engine updated to version 2304.8

Windows 10 IoT 2021 LTSC version 4.1.0 also includes:

  • Microsoft security updates up to April 2023:
    • Apr 2023 – KB5012170: Security Update for Secure Boot DBX;
    • Apr 2023 – KB5025221: Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2;
    • Feb 2023 – KB5022502: Cumulative Update for .NET Framework.

Windows 10 IoT 2011 LTSC version 3.11.0 includes:

  • Microsoft security updates up to May 2023:
    • Jun 2023 – KB5027222: OS Update to Build 17763.4499
    • Jun 2023 – KB5027124: Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10, version 1809

ThinOX 12 (and ThinOX4PC)

Version 12.0.11 (*) 64-bit released as single multi-model firmware of ThinOX and ThinOX4PC, which includes the following main new features:

  • Citrix Workspace App updated to version 23.03
  • Citrix: optimization plugin for Zoom version 5.14.0 integrated
  • Support via add-on to StepOver signature pads

and the following further improvements:

  • Improved support for VMware kiosk modes;
  • Extension of the possibility of desktop configuration and improvements to the configurator;
  • Graphic improvements to the video configuration interface (resolution choice);
  • Introduction of saving in brightness settings (laptop);
  • Improvements to the ThinMan Login and Smart Identity interface and graphic customization support;
  • Extension in the support for new types of smart cards;
  • Fixed issues on Citrix Web client and Storebrowse sessions;
  • Solved ThinOX update problems on devices in Extended Maintenance;
  • Other minor enhancements and bug fixes.
