Praim is pleased to announce the release of a case study developed in collaboration with Fercam, a family-owned logistics operator which is undergoing a rapidly growth and is widely widespread in the Italian and European territory.

Transport and logistics is a sector with many daily challenges that Fercam knows well.
One of the requirements of the Group concerned the reduction of new workstations deployment time, as well as their standardisation and management, to be able to manage all devices through the support area, from a single point.
Fercam needed further simplification of the management of more than 1,300 thin clients already in use. On this front, the major challenge was to have the ability to create configuration templates to be assigned to groups of devices, in order to make changes across multiple groups at once (and no longer in a manual mode) and be also able to centrally manage thin client with particular configurations.

Praim, through experience gained in the remote and centralised management, could provide an answer to these specific needs, offering the best technical solutions in order to help Fercam to make the most of its centralised IT.
